Chicagoland Lab Rescue will be holding our 10th annual Love a Lab for Life gala and fund-raiser on September 28, 2025. The event will be held at Maggiano’s Restaurant in Schaumburg, IL from 12-4 PM. There will be many silent auction items to bid on as well as a Call to Action
which helps CLR to raise needed funds to rescue and rehome dogs in need who, with some tender loving care and a few dollars, become valued pets and family members. Chicagoland Lab Rescue is a foster-based, all-volunteer organization that has grown with the sole support of volunteers and some generous donations. These donations and adoption fees subsidize various areas of our rescue and help keep our rescue open. Since 2012, when CLR was founded, we have rescued over 3000 dogs and placed them into safe, happy homes. Yes, 3000 dogs!!!
We ask for your support by becoming a sponsor for this very important event. As a sponsor, you will help to save dogs in need of new homes!
We take dogs from shelters and neglected situations around the country. They come to us in all kinds of conditions:

some are neglected by their owners or let loose to become strays. Many of these dogs come to us healthy, but there are many that have very treatable issues, such as heartworm, parasites, or skin conditions. Last, there are those that may need more care than most rescues are willing or able to give. With proper attention they become wonderful family etc. This is where Chicagoland Lab Rescue comes in—we give them that critical chance. Unfortunately, there are steep costs associated with this. Adoption fees alone do not cover the veterinary and rescue costs. We hope that the money raised from our fundraiser will aid us to help more Labradors and other dogs in need.
